• Preparation : 1. Heat water to just under boil ( 80 degree) 2. Add 1 teaspoon (1.5 gm) of tea per cup of water. 3. Add hot water to the cup (150 ml) and steep for 2 mins, Strain and Enjoy !. 4. The used tea leaves can again be recharged with hot water multiple times to get maximum benefit.
