Used this product on my arthritic knee that was giving me constant pain, even while resting, two weeks use my knee pain is almost non existent. Now I am putting it on my shoulder and elbow. Have recommended this product to my family members. It is something that everyone should have in their cupboards.

The quality is good. Color true. Thought the square mat was a bit small, was expecting a bit bigger, but to be fair, I didn't check the size.
