Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a refund, return the item within this period.

Returns are eligible only after approval, with a valid reason for return.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product(s) you received in your order and would like to return them, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and request a return.
  3. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  4. Please ensure that you provide us with the shipping label as proof of return.
  5. Once we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse and verify their condition, we will process your refund according to the terms of our shipping policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the replacement after your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
